At any rate, I'm having one of those moments where it's hard not to believe that I have some personal agent of fate assigned to my case, leaving cairns and arrows for me to follow. And there's something so exhilarating about those times in your life when you feel you've been giving the little shove that sends your shopping cart careening down the hill. You feel less fallible, somehow, when everywhere you look, the world around you seems to be saying "yes, go on, yes!"
So maybe in those moments of change we wake up to the shit that is always there to begin with? Because when you've made up your mind you're on a journey you look for signs and the source is ultimately unimportant I guess because it's the meaning we make out of them that shapes the story. So maybe they're just rosaries. Something to give us the courage to say "yes."
"...and then he asked me would I yes to say yes my mountain flower and first I put my arms around him yes and drew him down to me so he could feel my breasts all perfume yes and his heart was going like mad and yes I said yes I will Yes. "
